When you place an order, we collect your name and email address. Your shipping address and payment information are entered directly on Stripe's secure platform — we do not store or process payment data ourselves.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to our servers unless you proceed to checkout.

Your personal data is used solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment processor — Stripe

5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use localStorage in your browser exclusively to maintain your shopping cart between sessions. No data is shared with third parties for this purpose.

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through peakandpine.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the binding price.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through our website and payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping
We ship to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Liechtenstein. Shipping is free on orders over CHF 100. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns and exchanges
You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at info@peakandpine.ch with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Peak & Pine is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or any consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Wilderswil, Switzerland.
